The Seller of the items offered in this web shop LLC “Ātrā Darbnīca”, Reg. nr.: 40203032890, e-mail: [email protected], on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as Seller, and the person carrying out the order, hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”, on the other hand, concludes the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and supply to Buyer the goods, according to the Purchase Order.

Ordering, delivery and payment procedures

The Buyer orders the goods through this home page, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be purchased. The Buyer has the option to pay for the item by using the payment tools built into payment services or by paying the Seller`s prepared invoice e-mailed to the Buyer. The invoice shall be prepared electronically and shall be valid without signature.

The Seller shall ensure the delivery of the goods within 30 days of receipt of payment for the goods by matching the delivery time with the Buyer through the delivery provider.


Right of returns

The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item by sending a letter of return to the Seller. The Seller shall send the return letter to the Buyer together with the item. Buyer is entitled to receive the return form electronically by submitting a request to [email protected].

The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days of sending the letter of return. All costs incurred in connection with the return of the item to the Seller shall be covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer may not exercise the right of return if:

  • the goods ordered cannot, by their nature, be returned or  they are damaged;
  • the ordered goods are manufactured exclusively for the Seller as an individual order;
  • any activity has been carried out that affects the use of the product if sent right away to another customer.

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer shall be responsible for the preservation of the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal”. The Seller reserves the right of the Buyer to refuse to exercise his right of return or to withhold a refund fee in case the goods have been damaged by careless treatment of the goods during use or not following instructions, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or if the packaging of the goods has been significantly damaged.

Data Processing

When entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer shall certify that he or she has met and agrees that the data provided by him or her is used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory enactments. When entering the information, the Buyer agrees that it will send notices related to the handling of the Buyer Order to the specified e-mail.
